1. Scope of Application

This product is suitable for concrete walls, ceilings, and floors with a national standard rating of C20-C40. It is not suitable for use on concrete containing large stones, prefabricated panels, aerated blocks, brick blocks, tiles, marble, or other materials, as this may lead to excessive wear or failure to penetrate.

2. Safety Precautions

  • Before use, wear protective gloves, goggles, a safety helmet, and ear protection.
  • Ensure no one is nearby when working to avoid injury from flying debris.
  • Tensile Test:Before starting work, drive a nail into the base material and ensure the nail can support the weight of 2-3 adults before proceeding.

3. Operation Steps

  • During Firing: The muzzle of the nail gun should be perpendicular to the surface, and you should press firmly to ensure proper nail insertion.
  • Management of misfires: In the event of a misfire, wait for 15 seconds before using tools to extract it. Direct extraction by hand is strictly prohibited.
  • Reloading: After each use, the remaining nails in the nail gun must be promptly removed.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning:After every 100 shots, remove the silencer and clean any residue. After 200 shots, disassemble the gun for cleaning with kerosene and regular maintenance.

4. Important Notes

  • Never point the gun at yourself or others.
  • Do not use in flammable or explosive environments.
  • Do not press the nail tube with your hands.
  • If there are nails in the gun, do not press the tube or load nails with both hands.
  • During disassembly, unloading, or maintenance, ensure there are no nails in the gun.
  • If the gun overheats, pause to let it cool before resuming use.
